Welcome to the Botswana Junior Golf League!

Established in 2021, the Botswana Junior Golf League (BJGL) stands as a beacon of excellence, camaraderie, and growth within the junior golfing community in Botswana. Our mission is simple yet profound: to cultivate a vibrant and nurturing environment where young golfers can flourish, both on and off of the course.

We believe that golf is more than just a sport; it’s a journey that teaches discipline, integrity, and resilience.

Our league offers monthly games where young talents from across Botswana come together to showcase their skills and play in a competitive yet friendly environment.

Beyond our regular league activities, BJGL hosts the prestigious Delta Botswana Junior Championship. This championship serves as a qualifier for the esteemed Champion of Champions tournament held in Northern Ireland, providing junior golfers with an opportunity to compete on an international stage and showcase their skills to the world.

Our commitment to the development of junior golf extends far beyond the tournament greens. Through our coaching programs, led by seasoned professionals, we provide personalised guidance and mentorship to each aspiring golfer, helping them to refine their techniques, strategise their gameplay, and unlock their full potential.

Furthermore, we pride ourselves on our outreach initiatives, which aim to make the game of golf accessible to all.
